Our story

I wouldn't sell these products if I didn't believe in them. In fact, I have one in my own back yard. My wife and daughter mean more to me than words can describe. I want you to be able to have the same protection against severe storms that we do.

I worked in Princeton, Ky in December of 2021 when a multi-state EF-4 tornado violently ravaged our communities all the way from Arkansas to Louisville. Coworkers who lost their entire homes and lifelong possessions. Friends who lost their pets. As cleanup measures continued, I would find wedding pictures, class year books, family heirlooms, collectibles, artifacts, irreplaceable items that people had lost in the massive tornado. I spent months on social media tracking people down and helping return items to community members that were found miles away from the tornado's path. It was unlike anything I had ever seen. Sadly, 89 lives were lost that night, more than 676 people were injured, and estimations of the overall damage totaled more than 3.9 billion dollars. We just didn't expect it and many people had nowhere to go when it happened.

I was moved by the events that took place and the destruction I witnessed. I knew I had to do something to protect my family from what I had witnessed in Princeton. I had to buy a shelter! And then I decided I would just make a living out of helping other people get their own shelters too.

We offer professional sales and installation. All of our shelters are built to the same specifications as tested at the "Texas Tech University National Wind Institute" to withstand EF-5 tornadoes.

FINANCING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL MODELS

We have partnered with a lending agency to provide financing options for all of our customers. Just because you don't have the full amount to pay for a shelter up front, doesn't mean you can't have protection for you and your family when violent storms happen. We will also be happy to work with your local bank if you prefer to secure financing options there.

Standard state sales/use tax will be applied to the sale price of your shelter only, unless you have a valid tax exemption form. Tax & Delivery include your state sales tax being paid, a prorated mileage surcharge based on current diesel fuel prices, and permits "if" your city or municipality require them.

SAFE-Room pricing

-Safe-Rooms as listed are priced based on basic interior use, installed in a garage or a covered patio where there is an existing concrete slab.

-Exterior safe-rooms are available and are the same product with a sloped or pitched roof to shed rain water. A marginal price difference will be reflected on your quote due to additional steel being required for construction of the pitched roof and closed gable ends.

-We do work with a variety of contractors who are able to pour an additional concrete pad on site if you don't already have one.

-Basic sizes are listed but custom sizes are commonly ordered as well.
